The house is in a great location for all of the fabulous restaurants, entertainment, facilities and activities in Quinta Do Lago, many of which are just a short stroll from the house... Walk down to the stunning lake and chill at The Shack resto/bar, lounge and take a dip at one of our two communal pools, head off to the beach and the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, or, over to The Campus for tennis and sports, and, of course, tee it up on any of QDL's 5 championship golf courses... Quinta Amora is the ideal home base to make the most of the Quinta Do Lago Lifestyle, all year long...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
