From the owner

Incredible Villa with capacity for 14 people. It has an outdoor pool with solarium, gazebo and barbecue. The pool is divided into two parts, a children's area 40 cm deep and an adult area 170 cm deep. The farm is located on a plot of more than 5,000 m2, surrounded by fruit trees and numerous areas for the enjoyment of our guests, including a tennis court with basketball baskets. The villa has an area of approximately 400 m2, has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms distributed on three floors and ground floor. On the three upper floors are the bedrooms, with a total of seven, makes this villa perfect for a holiday with your family or friends, spacious bedrooms and with all needs, five of them have their own bathroom. We have a bedroom on the entrance floor, with adapted bathroom with toilet bar, floor level shower with chair and restraint bars, perfect for seniors or people with reduced mobility. Both the bedroom and bathroom door have a step of 80 cm to prevent access by wheelchair. The house has portable access ramps to save a small entrance step, this makes the entrance floor (bedroom 1) and the ground floor (living room) accessible to people in wheelchairs. If you need these ramps, you must request their placement at the time of booking. The house has two living rooms with TV, two full kitchens, a small bookcase with books for all ages and a laundry area, with a washing machine, dryer, iron and other cleaning products. On the ground floor we do not have a large living room, it has independent access from the pool, although it can be accessed from the house itself. This area is the favorite of our guests, 120 m2 distributed in a cozy completely open space, with pellet fireplace, full kitchen, table for fourteen people, 50 "Smart TV and ping pong table, plus bathroom with hydromassage shower The house has Wi-Fi connection in all its rooms, including the pool area.
