Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 blocks from the Plaza de las Americas- Cinemark.

A few minutes from major shopping centers of Quito: El Jardin, CCI, CCNU, Quicentro, El Bosque. Several restaurants nearby at walking distance. It is only a short taxi ride to the Old Downtown City (Quito Colonial), one of the nicest locations in Quito.

Near schools and universities in financial district in the north of Quito. Close to major routes: one block to Ave. Republica. Ave. America two blocks, Mañosca bus stop. Av. 10 de Agosto: 4 blocks (Trolleybus stop).

How do damage deposits work?
