Mount Ucka provides the stunning backdrop to this picturesque 4 bedroom villa with pool located along Istria's quiet unspoilt eastern coast, Situated within easy reach of the seaside resort of Rabac (16kms away) and the Opatija Riviera (23kms away), the villa would suit clients interested in combining a peaceful villa holiday with other outdoor activities such as cycling along the nearby country roads or hiking along the mountain trails of the Ucka National Park or maybe horseback riding. Also, it would be perfect for people that love restaurants, fine wines and nice dining.

*There are 3 bicycles available for guest use at the villa.

The villa is approached along a road into a parking area located at the front of the house. Steps from the parking lead up to a covered terrace with table, chairs and the main entrance door. Guests enter into an open plan kitchen / diner/ lounge area. On this floor there are 2 x double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a wine cellar**. A door from the wine cellar leads out onto a ground floor pool view terrace with table and chairs. The first floor features a lounge with sofa bed, 2 further double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen/dining which opens onto an upper pool view terrace with table and chairs. There is also a separate WC on this level. From both the lower and upper pool view terraces, guests can access the spacious raised pool area. There is a staircase leading to the swimming pool.

As well as a variety of outdoor activities on offer, guests may also enjoy purchasing locally made wines, cheese and olive oil from the neighbours in the village. Asparagus and truffle hunting (seasonal) can also be arranged locally and a number of popular Konobas (taverns) are located within the area. Other areas of interest include visiting the unspoilt islands of Cres and Losinj, trips to other parts of Istria such as the impressive towns of Pula, with its Roman amphitheatre, Rovinj and Porec. Car hire is recommended at this villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iva (the owner) a message.

If Iva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
