From the owner

Set in 4,000m² of gardens surrounded by vineyards and fields of sunflowers, the house is in a lovely quiet rural position, yet only 5 minutes by car to the local shops and restaurants. The house interior is bright, spacious and extremely well-equipped. The south-facing terrace, with table, chairs, sun-loungers, sun-umbrella and BBQ, has fantastic views of the rolling hills, Rabastens and even further are the Pyreneès. You may see a car in the distance but you'll rarely hear it. It is a truly relaxing place for young and old alike.

To while away the heat of the day there is a 10 x 5m shared sunken pool, which has sun all day, deep enough for diving with shade provided by kiwi plants, plenty of sun-loungers and cushions and pool toys. There are bicycles of all sizes and also a large trampoline.

There is a dish-washer, washing-machine, micro-wave, toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, TV, games, books, tourist information and free wifi.

-All cleaning materials such as washing-up liquid, washing powder, floor cleaner etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Katerina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
