Our property is located in the heart of Ibla, the beautiful historic center of Ragusa. At about one hundred meters from the Cathedral of San Giorgio it is the ideal place to spend your holidays and to visit the province of Ragusa and the places of the famous Inspector Montalbano. Ragusa Ibla (declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is in fact a focal point for visiting the Val di Noto, the Hyblaean villages and the Ragusa beaches. The structure, a construction of the early 1900s, was completely renovated between 2012 and 2014. The studio is located on the second floor of the building and consists of a large room with a balcony and a window with a modern equipped kitchen. with fridge, oven, crockery and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The room is also equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, LED TV, air conditioning, independent heating, wi-fi internet. Going up the stairs is the bathroom-laundry room with a large shower, hair dryer, window. Next to it is the solarium terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the historic center. The structure offers linen change, midweek cleaning, optional buffet breakfast for €. 5.00 per person in partner structure. For your children we provide camping cot, high chair, small games. Désolé pour les invités dans le monolocale la température n'a pas entièrement répondu à leurs attentes, mais leur séjour a coïncidé avec un climat extraordinaire de l'événement, avec des températures inférieures à 0 et avec une chute de neige inhabituelle et rare. Il est clair que nos systèmes de chauffage sont calibrés pour contrer les températures douces nous avons l'habitude en Sicile. Si nous avions été prévenus que nous serions certainement également conseillé d'allumer le climatiseur chaude fournie et le confort serait assurée. Le canapé-lit est d'excellente qualité et personne ne se plaignaient avant, mais vous savez, le lit est comme une chaussure, pratique pour certains, moins pour d'autres. Désolé si vous ne avez pas parfaitement reflété leurs besoins. Comme pour le WiFi, nous avons fourni pour 2015 avec un contrat pour internet illimité. Merci de nous donner les invités avec leur jugement détaillée la possibilité d'améliorer et de perfectionner la qualité de notre structure. Ci dispiace per gli ospiti se nel monolocale la temperatura non abbia pienamente soddisfatto le loro aspettative, ma la loro permanenza ha coinciso con un evento climatico straordinario, con temperature al di sotto dello 0 e con un insolita e rarissima nevicata. E' chiaro che i nostri impianti di riscaldamento sono tarati per contrastare le temperature miti che abbiamo di solito in Sicilia. Se ci avessero avvisati avremmo certamente consigliato di accendere anche l'aria calda del condizionatore in dotazione e il confort sarebbe stato assicurato. Il divano letto è di ottima qualità e nessuno prima si è lamentato, ma si sa, il letto è come una scarpa, comoda per alcuni, meno per altri. Ci dispiace se non abbia perfettamente rispecchiato le loro esigenze. Per quanto riguarda il WiFi abbiamo provveduto per il 2015 con un contratto per internet illimitato. Ringraziamo gli ospiti per averci dato con il loro dettagliato giudizio l'opportunità di migliorare e perfezionare la qualità della nostra struttura.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ravalli (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
