* We stay in Pune and built the Devrai farm house as a get-away from the city crowd. As such, it is not a *commercial* property, but more of a farm-house, a simple and humble place to live near nature. The house is a lovely place and we are sure you and your family/friends would like it.

* Approved by MTDC (Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation)

* The house has two large bedrooms with A/C, 1 hall, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen - more than sufficient for 2-3 families. A/C charges will be over and above the accommodation charges.

* 24x7 inverter backup, attached toilet-bathrooms, wood boiler for warm water, fridge, TV with Tata Sky connection.

* Kashid/Korlai/Murud beach, Nagaon temple, Alibaug (and it's beaches), Birla Mandir are some of the nearby attractions. Kashid beach is just ~8 kms away.

* The caretaker can serve tea/breakfast/lunch/dinner (charged at actuals). As an alternative, there are hotels just across the road. In case you want to have the food at home, the caretaker can arrange the same.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Shravani (the owner) a message.

If Shravani (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
