From the owner

The quiet village of Raissac d'Aude is some 15 mins drive from Narbonne. L e Ramonétage is an extremely comfortable 2 bedroom apartment of some 65m2, attached to the Maison de Maitre which was part of an old wine domain.

It has its own dedicated entrance through stable doors with the staircase leading up to the apartment which incorporates all modern conveniences. To the front (south) there are views over the vineyards which are still owned by the family who originally owned the domain. To the rear there are views over the 10X5 metre swimming pool (shared with owners). Secure private parking is available on the driveway directly outside the apartment entrance.

Between the village store, the local shops in Canet d'Aude (5mins) and the more comprehensive shopping at Lezignan Corbieres (10mins) and Narbonne (15mins), all amenities are within easy distance.

Interaction with guest

The apartment has a separate entrance to the main house so aside from the initial introduction, you are pretty much left to enjoy the garden and pool area for yourselves. Ocassionally we may use the pool but are very discreet. Of course, you may bump into me pool cleaning, gardening or watering the pots as I live in the main house but I'm at hand to happily provide any help and information you may require. After a pause of a few years we have begun renting the apartment again since 2021, hence the gap in reviews.

Why can't I call Ingrid (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ingrid (the owner) a message.

If Ingrid (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
