Máx. 2 personas, . Apartamento en zona tranquila, 200 m. del centro, a 20 Km. de Laredo.

En un entorno verde, cercano al río, rutas de senderismo, vías ferratas, escalada, espeleología, deportes de aventura y lugares de alto interés cultural y turístico.

Con 1 dormitorio, baño completo, sala con cocina y dos terrazas.

Completamente equipado; con Wifi, calefacción, plaza de garaje. Bien comunicado con toda Cantabria.

El espacio:

El apartamento es un ático, bien orientado y soleado (Sur), con dos terrazas, una de ellas con mesa y sillas y la otra con butaca, mesa y tumbona; las dos tienen iluminación y jardineras con plantas naturales.

El apartamento tiene una capacidad máxima para 2 personas.

- Un dormitorio: Con cama de 150cm, orientado al sur. Equipada con sábanas y manta de cortesía. Con ventilador en techo y armario.

- Cocina abierta al salón, la cual está completamente equipada (placa vitrocerámica de cuatro fuegos, horno, plancha para la ropa, lavadora, tostador, cafetera, batidora, exprimidor eléctrico, hervidor de agua, microondas, frigorífico con congelador).

- Sala con salida a la terraza, sofá cheslong, muy cómodo, ventilador, TV de 40” con entradas VGA, USB, HDMI, cambio de idioma, conexión Wifi (300MB simétrica). Con ventilador en techo. Orientada al sur.

- Baño completo con bañera, toallas, jabón, gel, champú, secador y planchas de pelo.

- Calefacción central de gas natural, con caldera individual. Permanentemente revisada y chequeada.

Se facilita información turística (mapas y guías de la región).

Con plaza de garaje numerada en garaje comunitario en el mismo portal.

El apartamento está situado en la urbanización “La Cañada”, en Ramales de la Victoria, a 200 m. del centro.

Ubicado en el Valle del Asón donde poder disfrutar de algunas de las mejores rutas de senderismo de Cantabria. Próximo a comarcas de interés turístico, patrimonio artístico y de espacios naturales (cuevas de Cullalvera, Covalanas y Pozalagua, Playas de Laredo, Santoña, etc.).

Es un lugar ideal para descansar, hacer turismo o practicar deportes como senderismo, bicicleta, escalada, etc. O acercarse a Laredo 20 Km. Y disfrutar de sus playas.

Los horarios de entrada y salida serán flexibles siempre que se pueda.

La comunidad dispone de ascensor con el que poder acceder a la vivienda. Los accesos están adaptados para personas con movilidad reducida.

Servicios y zonas comunes

Urbanización tranquila, ubicado en un edificio de 4 alturas. Recomendado para parejas donde descansar después de una jornada de turismo. Dispone de plaza de garaje dentro de la comunidad, en el mismo portal.

Ramales de la Victoria está situada próxima a las comunidades del Pais Vascos (Vizcaya) y Castilla-León (Burgos) y a 19 km. de la autovía que comunica de extremo a extremo toda Cantabria, por lo que es una ubicación ideal tanto para disfrutar de la comarca del Ason y las limítrofes como del resto de la provincia y conocer sus parques nacionales, playas (Laredo, Santoña, Noja, etc.), montañas (Alto Campoo, etc.) , cultura (Cabárceno, etc.) y monumentos (Cuevas del Soplado y Altamira), permitiendo optar por PLAYA, MONTAÑA O NIEVE.

Ramales de la Victoria está ubicada en la frontera natural, bordeada por ríos y montañas, con Pais Vasco y Castilla-León, de esta orografía surgen su vello paisaje y numerosas cuevas y senderos. La región a sido ocupada desde la prehistoria como así lo atestiguan los números yacimientos arqueológicos hallados, la cueva de Cullalvera a sido declarada patrimonio de la humanidad en 2008 por sus pinturas rupestres y actualmente es visitable.

A principios de la primavera se puede ver a muchos pescadores a la pesca del salmón y después a la de la trucha, siendo el río Asón un recurso muy apreciado por estos.

Ramales de la Victoria es una población orientada a la explotación ganadera y también a la del turismo, pero donde aun se conserva la esencia de los pueblos de la región y se puede degustar la cocina tradicional.
