Fully-equipped with toasty underfloor heating, the retreat offers a cosy and inviting space in which to kick back and relax. A well-presented Living room with pretty lake view balcony offers the perfect setting for savouring a coffee moment at the café bistro dining set, or a relaxed evening in front of the TV. A modern Kitchen is perfectly suited for groups looking to eat-in during their stay and is readily equipped with an oven, cooker hob, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freezer for hassle-free stays.

The lateral-level holiday home also boasts a spacious lake view Double bedroom and a 2nd couple-friendly Double bedroom, alongside a contemporary shower room. Private laundry facilities are conveniently provided and outside, the lake view balcony above is accompanied by a charming ground floor private garden with sunny alfresco dining area.

From the modernised property, guests can reach the local beach, boat rental service, bar and authentic restaurant all on foot. Indeed, the quiet exclusive-feeling lakeside area is pedestrianised, so not recommended for the elderly. There are 2 public parking areas nearby (please note parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is limited availability in the summertime, so it is recommended that only active groups choose to come and stay).

From the holiday retreat, guests are also within a 21 minutes’ drive from Reno Leggiuno; a town popular for its shingle lake beach with boat rental opportunities, its’ famous UNESCO world heritage site of ‘Santa Caterina del Sasso’ and its authentic selection of eateries (which include a seafood restaurant, a pizzeria and ‘gelatria’ no less!).

For those looking to sightsee on Lake Maggiore, Laveno offers easy ferry links to the western shore town of Intra (perfect for reaching the Villa Taranto gardens, the beautiful resort of Stresa and the world-class Borromean Islands.

The lake town of Ranco also offers proximity to La Quassa Park, Ispra, the castle fortress and doll museum of Rocca di Angera, the romantic ruins of Rocca Borromea di Arona, the Lagoni di Mercurago Nature Park and the ancient Sacro Monte di Orta monastery on Lake Orta.

Lake Maggiore is a very family-friendly destination; with Safari and Wildlife Parks, the Lake Maggiore Adventure Park and the Ondaland high-tech water park to enjoy, alongside wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf and Italian Alp Skiing. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
