The 3 exclusively luxury furnished apartments are fully appointed for self-catering and include secure covered parking, separate entrances, private balconies, a large bedroom, lounge / dining room area, full bathroom and a private kitchen. Each apartment has its own large flat screen tv, dvd player & radio, stove, microwave, fan, fridge, washing machine, kitchenware, electric blankets, iron & ironing board, etc. Fresh bed linen & towels, as well as tea & coffee are supplied. We also offer Satellite TV (DSTV) & complementary Wi-Fi. Cleaning & Laundry services can be arranged. Breakfast can be organized by prior arrangements only.

We also offer a lovely treed outside entertainment area, offering a large saltwater swimming pool, outside private shower, enclosed barbeque area with a bar, outside fridge and dining/ breakfast area under a big grass thatched roof lapa.

I paid and she had double booked me and canceled last minute. Luckily I managed to find an alternative venue to host my birthday. I almost booked it again but checked the reviews... Wow!!!

Thank you for the review although it is not true or factual at all. You never entered the property to give a factual account of anything here. There are clearly 3 apartments as per the website, they are very well light and have many windows, therefor nothing like a "dungeon". Apartments are spacious and very well equipped, but unfortunately you didn't take the time to assess this.The rooms are cleaned daily and everything is fresh and clean. When booking through "tripadvisor" it clearly states per person, per night, not per apartment. Now I understand that you might not appreciate that being honest is a virtue and that just being nasty doesn't achieve anything. Kindly forward photographs of the so-called dungeon/ "homeless shelter" so that we can make an educated comparison and post an honest and clear review of my guesthouse. Owner of Gucina Guesthouse.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DANUTA (the owner) a message.

If DANUTA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
