Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ferienwohnanlage " Alte Molkerei " mitten im Zentrum des idyllischen und ursprünglichen Lieper Winkels gelegen. Die abgeschlossene Anlage mit großzügigem, Park ähnlich angelegten Garten lässt kaum Wünsche offen.

Entspannung, Ruhe und Erholung. Gute Laune stellt sich schnellstens ein.

Baden im Achterwasser oder der Peene haben ihren ganz besonderen Reiz. In den kleinen Badebuchten ist der Betrieb wirklich überschaubar.

Die großen, ausgedehnten Strände der Ostseeküste mit ihrem pulsierenden Leben erreichen sie in einer halben Stunde wenn sie mögen. Sie werden aber sicher sehr schnell die Rückkehr ins Achterland, in ihre Wohnung, genießen.

Über eine bequeme Außentreppe gelangen Sie in die Maisonette - FeWo Milchkammer, die sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt. Durch den Hauptflur, gleichsam als Windfang, gelangen Sie rechts in ihre Fewo Milchkammer mit eigenem kleinen Flur.

Von diesem gelangen Sie ins Bad sowie in den Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnbereich. Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit Dusche, WC, Haarfön, Handtuchtrockner. Von hier geht es auch in den vollständigen Küchenbereich mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Geschirr. Vom Essbereich, der auch den Zugang zum gemütlichen Balkon mit Blick auf den Lieper See frei macht, gelangen Sie weiter in den großen, gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit Couchgarnitur, Sat-TV, DVD Player und einer Stereoanlage und desweiteren einer gemütlichen Leseecke.

Über eine Wendeltreppe aus dem Essbereich gelangen Sie in einen Wohnflur des DG mit Sitzgelegenheit und Sat TV von dem drei Schlafräume abzweigen. Alle Räume im DG haben Dachschrägen. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit Ehebetten und das dritte mit Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden und werden bei Bedarf kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt..
