Casa Adalberto C is a pleasant and spacious apartment that is part of an ancient country house built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps five people. From Casa Adalberto C you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Senesi hills. Casa Adalberto C is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden and winter heating.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Rapolano Terme, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.

Casa Adalberto C is located on the top floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a walkway that includes approximately 30 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Adalberto C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The apartment is located in a beautiful stone farmhouse, registered in 1300.

The complex is on a 600-hectare, traditional Tuscan farm. On the property are three stone vacation homes (Adalia, Adalmina, Adalberto), which have been renovated from an old mill, a villa, and an old olive press, all dating back to the 13th century. These historical structures are surrounded by woods, green fields, and little fishing lakes. Each vacation home is set apart from the others, each with its own surrounding garden space. They are connected by a private, 1-kilometer path.

In addition, on the ground floor of Villa Adalia you will find the communal reception hall, a spacious and enchanting room with stone vaults supported by columns. This room is used for welcoming guests of the whole complex and, on request and for a fee, breakfast with local produce can be served to the guests staying in the whole complex. The shared laundry room is also on the ground floor.

A few steps from Casa Adalberto you will find a small ancient church that has a romantic portico supported by four columns, which can be used for weddings and ceremonies (on request, for an extra fee). On the farm you will be able to go fishing (remember to bring your gear!), hiking, or horseback riding.

The shared pool, surrounded by lush greenery, is located near the farmhouse Casa Adalberto, about 700 meter from Villa Adalia and 1000 meter from Casa Adalmina.

The laundry room is located at quite a distance from the individual apartments. You will reach it along a 700-meters (2300-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden.

As guests of the complex you will also take part (upon request and for a fee) in many activities, such as search for truffles and herbs, trekking and mountain bike trails, bikes rental, cooking classes and quad excursions to discover the wonders of this area, whose province, unique in the world, boasts three UNESCO sites.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Garden

The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Living Room

The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the countryside.

How do damage deposits work?
