Relax and enjoy watching the surf from Seaspray Beach Villa. a well appointed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom holiday home on the sunny north eastern coast of Rarotonga.

This home has attributes of a "Pacific" design with high ceilings, exposed rafters, roof vents and ceiling fans providing cool and airy living spaces.

The kitchen island and open dining room offer a choice of relaxed or more formal dining. Choose your view between the backdrop of Rarotonga's spectacular mountains, or view the surf breaking over the reef and the ocean.

A comfortably furnished lounge provides a cosy retreat from the main living area for reading, writing, watching TV/DVD's, listening to music or just watching the ever-changing moods of the sea.

Two large bi-fold doors open from the dining area onto the expansive deck for alfresco dining, sunbathing, cocktails at sunset or access to the beach. The deck can also be accessed via large sliding doors from both the master bedroom and lounge.

The house is situated on a private quarter acre section with a pathway to the beach at the end of the garden.

With the easiest access to the reef on the island you can explore the marine life at your leisure when the tide is low.

The main town of Avarua, with shops & market is just 4 minutes drive away. The Sailing Club and popular Muri Beach 9 minutes drive in the opposite direction. The bus will stop roadside.

Excellent facilities and well located between town and tourist spots

Seaspray is very clean, spacious and well appointed. It is good to be in the middle of town and tourism but you do need a car to get around.

Yes, we recommend transport even though the bus stops roadside and goes around the island every hour 7am to 11pm Monday to Saturday. It is so much more convenient if you have your own car and it allows you to visit less accessible places on the island via the back roads.

Those dreaded tiny ants are common in coastal areas and are uninvited guests when it rains or when there is a drought and are attracted to any crumb left out...good thinking to use the fridge for food or sealed container in the pantry. I know there has been a lot of rain in Raro the past month or so. Will see to them!! Glad you enjoyed your stay anyway and thanks for choosing our holiday home for your accommodation in Raro. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dorothea (the owner) a message.

If Dorothea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
