25% Rental Deposit secures the booking. Final Rental Payment + £150 security/damage deposit due 6 weeks before arrival. Total Rental Payment and security/damage deposit to be paid if booking less than 6 weeks away. Security/damage deposit refunded within days of holiday end if no chargeable damage. Extra costs may apply if party size is increased after booking is confirmed. Chargeable damage or extra cleaning is a minimum £20.charge. Payments can be made by personal cheque or internet banking (owner will supply details). Saturday changeover preferred during Peak dates. If you are one couple or a small family, the owner may offer a discount outside of the Peak dates.
