NB: A deposit of £250 will be required to secure a booking. The deposit will be returned to guests following their stay, following property inspection for damages. Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
Regret that we cannot accommodate 'Friday - Friday' bookings or short stays during July and August. During this period, minimum stay/charge is 7 days.
In the 'off peak season' we can offer 'long weekend' breaks or longer term stays.

Linen/towels are provided for your stay and guests are welcomed to wash/refresh the linen and towels using the facilities available. If guests choose to use additional linen or towels during their stay, then there will be a charge of £50 deducted from the deposit to cover the extra laundry costs.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels, house towels must not be used for the beach please.
We ask that guests do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher, that they clean the BBQ after use and leave the garden area clean as they would wish to find it i.e. clean up after their pets.
If guests fail to leave these facilities clean, there will be a charge of £50 deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
