There are no extras, apart from the heated pool - see below. Everything is included in the rate. This is one of the best, perhaps the very best, Villas in the area offering a private location next to the sea, yet a short distance from shops and restaurants and Pernera. Very well equipped throughout, including WiFI, 50" TV and PlayStation.
The private pool can be heated at a charge of £20 per day. This is one of the very few villas that offer a high quality heated pool, including cover which means that the pool can be heated at up to 28-32C during the off-season months. In fact, we have been advised by guests that have booked the villa due to the quality of the heated pool that there are very few villas on the island that offer a 'properly' heated pool and that indeed Limnos is likely to be the only villa that offers one in the Pernera area.
