Rental Rates:
Rental Rates 2 persons applicable for 1-2 persons
Rental Rates 6 persons applicable for 3-6 persons
Rental Rates 10 persons applicable for 7+ persons
Stays for less than 7 days will be charged at the equivalent of 1 week's rent. However, special offers may be available. Please inquire at the time of booking.
Please note that the rental rates are inclusive of the use of air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The rental charges may be subject to change at short notice. However, once a booking is confirmed it will not be subject to any changes.
An initial deposit of 30% is required in order to confirm the booking. The balance remaining is payable, in full, eight weeks prior to arrival at the villa.
