For stays of more than two weeks, we can negotiate a discount.

We provide one set of bed and bathroom linens and have all necessary beds made and towels prepared. These will be changed weekly. The villa will be clean on arrival, and the guest must leave it as clean as they found it. We can provide and strongly recommend a maid service at the cost of 15 euros an hour. It normally takes 3 hours to clean the villa and 5/10 hours to clean it thoroughly, depending on how dirty it is left. Linen laundering and ironing are extra. We require a 1000Euro refundable damage deposit for damage and/or cleaning. It is at the owner's discretion to increase the case of high-risk situations. If the house is left dirty, a cleaning fee will be taken out of the deposit.
