Rental periods are from 3pm on initial rental date with the property to be vacated by 10am on the last day of the rental.
Payment by cheque, bank transfer or by paypal
Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to date of booking
Please note that for parties of 5 or more guests or indeed where the 3 bedrooms are being used there will be an extra £10 laundry charge applied to the price.
