• Maid service included weekly (2 hours approx. between 10am and 1pm).
• The pool is cleaned and attended to very early in the morning twice a week.
• Linen change weekly.
• Only those persons stipulated on the booking form may use the property.
• CHECK OUT TIME will be 10:00 and CHECK IN TIME will be 15:00 local time. This will give us time to prepare the Villa for the next guests arrival.
• Rental Rates include all local taxes, heated pool, hot tub, utility bills and final cleaning. No additional fees to pay when you leave.
• Each villa has a valid EOT trading license.
• Taxi transfers: €70 for 4 guests, €100 for 5+guests.

• The owners reside at as short distance from the villas, and personally attend to the rental of the villas as well as the customer service ensuring that their guests’ stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
