The rate is inclusive of VAT, heating oil, electricity, cleaning and all linen except beach towels. The owner reserves the right to hold a refundable damages deposit of minimum £250, maximum £750. Arrival from 4 pm departure by 10 am. Our changeover day is Monday. Flexibility on arrival and departure times is subject to occupancy on either side of your stay and is subject to prior agreement by the owner.
