- For peak and high season the changeover day is a Saturday, but we are able to be more flexible outside of these summer dates.
- A 30% deposit will be required to secure the reservation with the remaining payment being made 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
- A £100/€130 security deposit cheque is also required against any damages to the property.
