* if there are spaces less than a week between peak time bookings then short breaks for a 5 days bookings are welcome.Your booking is secured by sending a non-refundable deposit via bank transfer or Paypal transfer of 25% of the total holiday cost , a booking form will be forwarded to you. Your balance and Security deposit is due 8 weeks before you fly, although we can be flexible for pay dates please ask . IMPORTANT If there are additional occupants that have not been confirmed on booking form with owners they will be asked to leave the property,and will be charged for the additional occupants and the security deposit will be retained by the property owners!
