During the low season (October to May), discounts are available for longer lettings and shorter lettings are also possible (ie weekends).
A deposit of €100 secures your booking.
Electricity is paid by coin-operated meter (average usage €10 per week).
Heating is provided by both electric and oil central heating (18 hours oil central heating included in rental price).
No cleaning fee applies.
