The price includes: water, gas for cooking, electricity; final cleaning; weekly linen, weekly towels and weekly kitchen linen; Wi-Fi internet connection; use of the private sand dunes near Marina di Castagneto with reserved parking area.
The price excludes (to be paid directly to the property in cash): heating (if used): on consumption, Euro 3.5 per hour; city tax: Euro 1 per person per night (from 15 June to 15 September. People under 12th excluded from this tax); extra person (over 8): Euro 90 per week.
Keys deposit: Euro 250.00 in cash (It will be refunded on departure, provided that no damages were caused by the client).
