The price includes: gas, water, electricity; towels and bed linens; air conditioning; WI-FI internet connection.
The price excludes (to be paid to the property in cash): final cleaning: Euro 100.00; city tax: Euro 2.50 per person per night (for the first 6 day of stay - adults and children from 12 years); heating (if used): on consumption (max Euro 20 per day).
Extra service (on request): transfer (Toscana, Umbria), tour, wine tasting tour, bike tour, cooking class, photo tours; lunch or dinner: Euro 25 per person (fixed menù).
Keys deposit: Euro 500.00 in cash (It will be refunded on departure, provided that no damages were caused by the client).
