EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:Our normal check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you want a GUARANTEED LATE check out or EARLY check in, you will need to reserve an "EXTRA" night.

INTERIM CLEANING FEES: $195.00/each plus tax, once every 7 nights, required for reservations of 15+ nights.

BOOKING PROCESS:

2) Reservation will be confirmed after your rental agreement, copy of picture ID and payment are received and accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: OWNER CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES. PLEASE REFER TO RENTAL AGREEMENT AS IT DIFFERS FROM FLIPKEY/TRIPADVISOR.

*FULL REFUND if cancel at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
* 50% REFUND if cancel at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
