The property does not have weekend tariffs. We do not ask for a damage deposit.
Change Over Dates:
We are very flexible regarding change over dates and we will try to accommodate your travel schedule. A welcome hamper is provided.
Small Group Discount:
We offer a discount for small groups particularly out of peak season.
Extended Stay Discount:
Outside of peak season we may offer a discount for stays of 14 nights or longer. To qualify for this discount, guests must stay a minimum of 14 nights at the regular weekly rate (do not receive the small group discount rate). Please do not hesitate to ask us whether you qualify for the extended stay discount.
Short Stays:
We provide a nightly rate for guests who cannot stay a full week. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Please contact us to see if we have availability.
Reservations:
A 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking secures your reservation. The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by secure paypal is available. Note pool open during summer season.
