The above rates include wi-fi and air conditioning and further heat in winter if required. We ask for £200 deposit, with rental due 8 weeks before start of holiday. The deposit is returned on receipt of keys and report of no damage. Xmas and Easter are charged at £400 per week. Cleaning charge is 70 euros.
