The minimun rental period is for one week and our rates include all linen and towels including beach towels and we'll even through in a welcome pack. Our rates are all onvlusive and there are no hidden extras.
If we agree to rent for a period of 6 nights or less then a supplement of £50 will be added to cover the cost of cleaning.
A non refundable deposit of £ 150 is required to secure the booking with the balance becoming due eight weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
A refundable security deposit of £ 200 is also required with final balance payment.
We can accept payment by cheque bank transfer in GBP or you can pay by debit or credit card using PayPal. Unfortunate out of hours arrivals after 9.30pm will incur an extra charge of £25
