The price is all inclusive. There are no extras save for for late night arrival. Rent is paid in Euros.
Arrival is after 4pm and departure before 10 am so the cleaners can thoroughly clean the villa. Gardeners, pool cleaners, electricity, water, local taxes and rates are all included in the price.
You can request daily or weekly additional cleaning and pay locally.
Fresh Bed linen is provided and the beds are made up for your arrival. Included in the above sum are 2 large towels per guest and bathroom mats. The damage deposit is on the website. We can arrange arrival food deliveries for you. If you arrive late (after 8 pm) you will be asked to pay a late arrival fee of 50 Euros to the housekeeper.
