£200.00 per week deposit it made to secure the booking with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to departure. For bookings less than 6 weeks away payment is required in full plus deposit). Deposit are usually returned within 3 weeks of vacating the villa providing there are no damages/late check outs etc. Full villa terms and conditions are provided when booking is confirmed.
