Discounts available for bookings of 3 weeks or more... 20% non refundable deposit made within 2 days of booking to secure the property. Refundable breakages(Security) deposit of 10% of total rental fee is required. This will be refunded within 3 weeks after leaving the villa (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Breakages(Security) deposit and final balance due 6 weeks prior to the rental period. Any booking within 6 weeks of the rental period to be paid in full. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or paypal. We advise you to take out full holiday insurance as there is no public liability for property owners in Turkey. We can arrange transfer to the villa.
