Vacation chalet overlooking the Dolomites A holiday village where wood is the protagonist: the perfect place for your stay in the mountains of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Surrounded by forests, the Village Dolomites is located in a secluded and relaxed setting: a haven in nature, away from everyday life. wooden chalets Wrapped by the warmth of wood, you can enjoy your holiday in a friendly atmosphere and family, surrounded by the silence of the forests and the majestic mountain peaks. House of 80 square meters equipped with everything needed to make the guest feel at home. The house is presented as a holiday home it consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 5 single beds, a kitchen and a large dining room, a bathroom with a double whirlpool bath and dressing room with toilets. The maximum occupancy for the house is 8 people. the price refers to 4 occupants, if there are extra people there is an addition of € 20 for occupant. Children under 6 are free. Immersed in nature at 2 KM from the ski slopes of the Zoncolan, equipped with all the comforts satellite TV, fitted kitchen with microwave, wifi, central heating furnished with pine furniture. In summer it is viable the "Overview of the Vette", paved road that starts from the village of Tualis, rises to 1900 meters above sea level and then continue at altitude for some kilometers offering a spectacular landscape, unique in the world. The road has become famous thanks to the failure stage of the Tour of Italy panoramic 2011.Dalla the Vette is a path leading to the top of Monte Crostis: we reached the summit overlooking the impressive massif of Monte Coglians and often meet marmots or admire the flight of an eagle. Going down towards the valley, you can stop at the Farm Chiadinas or stop to buy dairy products at Malga Crostis. It offers a dip in the perfumes, sounds and traditions that will remain engraved in the heart, in Comeglians where the majestic nature extends between the massifs of Crostis and the Zoncolan and the green valley of Degano, and life follows the rhythms elsewhere now forgotten. Guest did not provide a room, nor simply a home, the goal is to make you fully enjoy the authenticity of the area, to enjoy the slow life of the village, to find the contact with unspoilt nature. The host, welcomed in one of our residences, will live his holiday in the absolute privacy of your own home environment. A dip in the perfumes, sounds and traditions that will remain engraved in the heart, in Comeglians where the majestic nature extends between the massifs of Crostis and the Zoncolan and the green valley of Degano, and life follows the rhythms elsewhere now forgotten.

    Buonasera Giulia, ci scusiamo qualora avessimo mancato in qualche servizio che nè lei nè gli altri ospiti del suo chalet durante il soggiorno ha mai segnalato, neppure durante il check out. Il divano letto per la quinta e sesta persona come emerge anche dalle immagini presenti nel sito sono due doppi materassi rialzati da terra. Essendo lo chalet un'alloggio e non una camera d'albergo i letti aggiuntivi vengono vestiti direttamente dall'ospite in base alle proprie esigenze. Il Villaggio dispone di quattro saune esterne e qualora una per svariati motivi non dovesse aver raggiunto la temperatura ideale, ci si può recare nelle altre tre; l'alzamento della temperatura dopo l'intervento non avviene in pochi minuti. La colazione dolce e salata presenta dolci fatti in casa, succo di mela, salumi e frutta di aziende locali. Ci dispiace non si sia instaurato un colloquio in struttura avremmo potuto assistervi tempestivamente.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Silvano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
