Cette jolie villa se trouve dans le sud de l ile de Phuket a Rawai tout pres des deux tres belles plages de l ile , la premiere bien sur est Nai-Harn qui a ete elue une des plus belle du monde et l autres n est pas loin du tout c est Ya-Nui.

La propriete se situe dans un quartier residentiel et tres tres calme , tout le monde me dit que c est un petit paradis.

Vous pourrez aller dejeuner ou diner a pied , a 2 pas il y a deja des restaurants ,des marches Thais , bars , supermarche , laverie , blanchisserie et j en passe.

La location comprends : une villa + 1 bungalow independant + la piscine avec son jacuzzi + le sala (petit pavillon a cote de la piscine), un jardin exotique + 1 parking. Vous disposerez de 1 600 m2 .

Parlons de cette maison et de son studio :

Capacites : Maison + studio independant = 6 personnes

La maison pourra acceuillir 6 personnes , 3 chambres, 3 salle de bain, .

Mais nous pouvons acceuillir 1 personne de plus si vous le desirez , car il est possible de rajouter un canape lit 1 personne dans le salon et pour cela nous contacter .

-- La maison se compose de deux chambres , 2 salles de bains avec lavabo , douche et toilettes.

-- Le studio independant , toujours dans la propriete pour 2 personnes avec 1 chambre, salle de bains douche , lavabo et toilettes et cuisine toute equipee.

Les 3 chambres ont des lits king size 2m x 2m equipees d air conditionne et ventilateurs. Dans chaque chambre : 1 armoire avec des portes en miroir.

-- La cuisine americaine est equipee : refrigerateur congelateur, four, four micro-ondes , plaques ceramiques , grille pain , machine a cafe elec et tout qu il faut pour cuisiner et toute la vaisselle necessaire.

-- 1 seconde petite cuisine dans le studio avec refrigerateur, plaque de cuisson et le necessaire pour 2 personnes.

-- Des terrasses a la villa et au bungalow pour dejeuner a l exterieur en profitant de la vue sur le jardin.

-- dans la villa : 3 televisions ecran plat, 1 coffre fort, air conditionne et ventilateur dans toutes les pieces

les draps, serviettes de toilette et serviettes de plage sont fournis et changes regulierement

La wifi est gratuite

-- des transats et parasols sont disposes autour de la piscine avec jacuzzi pour le farniente et la bronzette

-- le ''sala'' petit abri situe a cote de la piscine avec table et chaises vous accueille pour vous detendre en lisant, surfant sur internet, boire l aperitif ou tout simplement en revassant devant la piscine.

-- le jardin tropical plante d arbre et de fleurs magnifiques et odorantes vous assurera depaysement et relaxation : frangipaniers, bougainvilliers. Vous serez etonnes en voyant les ecureuils courir sur les toits et rejouis de vous reveiller en entendant le chant des oiseaux.

-- un parking prive a l interieur de la propriete.

La propriete est entierement cloturee

Personnel :

-- une employee thailandaise s occupera du menage , de vos serviettes et de vos draps.

-- pisciniers et jardiniers entretiendront la propriete .

Tout cela pour que vous passiez de tres bonnes vacances.

L electricite est a votre charge, le compteur sera releve a votre arrivee et la consommation d electricite sera reglee le jour du depart, a la remise clefs.

Nous pouvons nous occuper de votre transfert Airport/Villa en minibus climatise , le prix est de 1.500 Bahts que vous reglerez directement au chauffeur a votre arrivee a la villa , il y a environ une heure de route et pour cela il nous faudra le nom de la compagnie le no de votre vol et l heure d arrivee , nous vous recommandons cette option , cela vous evitera de chercher pour nous trouver.

Nous pouvons aussi vous reserver un ou plusieurs vehicules de location , berlines avec clim , boite automatic , assurances ou un 4x4 Toyota Fortuner 7 places ou un Pick-Up toyota .

Il y a aussi des petites motos ou des PCX Honda 125cc et le tout a de tres bons prix .

J attends de vous le respect des lieux ainsi que du voisinage , ne pas faire de bruit le soir au dela de 22h , de fumer a l exterieur , mais tout ca n est qu un rappel car je suis certain que votre comportement sera le meme que chez vous.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
