Cozy flat with amazing sea and Monte di Portofino view, very close to Camogli and Recco and to the sea. Perfect for couples and couples with children. Comfortable equipped terrace with table and chairs.

On the ground floor of a typical ligurian building, the cozy apartment is composed of a double bedroom with double wardrobe and access to the terrace, just refurbished bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with double sofa bed and access to the beautiful terrace with breath-taking view.

The flat is reachable in 10 minutes from Recco motorway exit. Recco train station is only 5/10 away walking distance and Camogli train station is around 15 minutes away walking distance. In 30 minutes you can reach Genoa by car or train (a bit more by bus) and in 20 minutes you can get to Santa Margherita e Portofino. Bus stop just next to the house - routes to Camogli, Ruta (Parco Portofino), Recco, Santa Margherita and Portofino (possible changes of lines).

Quiet area with beautiful sea view. Supermarket "Gulliver" is very close to the flat with parking areas. in a few minutes you can reach Recco and Camogli where you can find anything you might need (restaurants, shops, supermarket and bars).In both towns you can access the free or equipped beach (you can rent sun beds, beach umbrellas, surfs, kayaks). From Recco and Camogli ferry-boats to Punta Chiappa, San Fruttuoso, Portofino. Available on certain days of the week also trips to Cinque Terre and whale watching. Down the house you can access rocks and beautiful beach.

At arrival guests will be asked for their documents as required by italian law. Before leaving it is required to throw the garbage in the proper bins for the collection of the recycling (please read carefully all instructions in the house for the division of the garbage and timetables). Animals not admitted.

Al piano terra di una bella palazzina in stile tipico ligure, l'accogliente appartamento è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale con comoda armadiatura e accesso al terrazzo, bagno appena ristrutturato con doccia, cucina e salotto con divano letto e accesso alla splendida terrazza dove si potrà godere del panorama mozzafiato. La terrazza è attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e sdraio.

La casa e' raggiungibile in 10 minuti via auto dal casello di Genova Recco. In 30 minuti di auto o treno (poco di più bus) si possono raggiunge il centro storico di Genova oppure in 20 minuti Santa Margherita e Portofino . La casa e' raggiungibile in 5/10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Recco e in 15 minuti dalla stazione di Camogli, collegamenti via treno ogni ora sulle due stazioni. Fermata bus uscendo a destra a 20mt - linee per Camogli, Ruta (Parco Portofino), Recco, Santa Margherita e Portofino (con eventuali cambi).

All'arrivo verranno richiesti agli ospiti i documenti di identità secondo la legge italiana. Si ricorda agli ospiti di buttare la spazzatura prima della partenza in base alle regole della raccolta differenziata (vedi anche giorni e orari di deposito) che troveranno in casa. Animali non ammessi.

Raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti sia Recco che Camogli dove si possono trovare ristoranti, spiaggia libera e attrezzata (a Recco possibilità di affittare tutto l'anno canoe, surf, sup), negozi, supermercato, bars, giochi per bambini. Da Recco e Camogli partenza traghetti per Punta Chiappa, San Fruttuoso, Portofino. Disponibili gite alle Cinque Terre e avvistamento cetacei nei fine settimana o in giorni specifici. In 30 minuti di auto o treno (poco di più bus) si possono raggiunge il centro storico di Genova oppure in 20 minuti Santa Margherita e Portofino . Sotto casa accesso privato a scogli e spiaggetta. Supermercato a due minuti a piedi, disponibile anche parcheggio.
