Tastefully decorated, Art and Design. 5 minutes from the sea.

Balcony with sea view, large living room with 4 rooms, Smart cable TV, Wifi.

Apple TV in the rooms, Netiflix, Air conditioning and Ceiling fan in all rooms, Fribogar in room 3. All rooms with wardrobes, desk, lamp, bed linen and towels. Two suites with private bathroom. One washed.

HOUSE RULES:

As a matter of hygiene I recommend not to wear shoes when you arrive from the street into the apartment.

- Please take care of the fit. like your own home.

- Guests must present official photo identification at check-in.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

- Keep the apartment clean and organized.

- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and using the ashtray.

- No drugs

- Pets are not allowed

- Strangers are NOT allowed in the apartment. Only guests accepted on reservation.

- Keep kitchen and utensils clean and organized after use.

- If you break any appliance or object in the apartment, report it, and it is your obligation to repair or replace it.

- No noise should be made after 22:00 - 08:00 hrs.

- Do not take bath towels to the beach.

- Do not lie on the bed with a body blocker or wet clothes. Blocker stains the bedding and bath, damaging them.

- Please do not touch the decoration pieces.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of rules, the rental will be canceled immediately.

GENERAL:

- Please do not throw paper, wet tissues in the toilet, use the trash.

- Please turn off air conditioning, lights, fan and electronic devices when leaving the room and / or apartment.

- Close the windows when you leave the bedroom, living room, balcony and apartment; the weather can change suddenly and the wind brings rain inside.

- Outside, in the building's gardens, there is a large shower to be used after returning from the beach and removing the sand from the body before going up to the apartment by the service elevator ..

- The garbage must be emptied in the large trash cans that are behind the iron door / fire door in front of the service elevator, which are collected daily to avoid attracting insects.

É DE SUA RESPONSABILIDADE:

- Manter o apartamento limpo e organizado.

- Somente é permitido fumar na varanda e usar o cinzeiro.

- Não drogas

- Animais de estimação não são permitidos

- NÃO é permitido pessoa estranhas no apartamento. Somente os hospedes aceitos na reserva.

- Mantenha a cozinha e utensílios limpos e organizados depois de usar.

- Caso quebre qualquer aparelho ou objeto do apartamento, comunique, e é de sua obrigação consertar ou repor.

- Nenhum barulho deve ser feito após 22:00 - 08:00 hrs.

- Não levar toalhas de banho para a praia.

- Não deitar na cama com bloqueador no corpo, e nem roupas molhadas. Bloqueador manchas as roupas de cama e banho, danificando-as.

- Por favor não tocar nas peças de decoração.

IMPORTANTE: Qualquer quebra de regras, o aluguel será cancelando imediatamente.

GERAL:

- Por favor, não jogue papel, lenços úmidos no vaso sanitário, use a lixeira.

- Por favor, desligar ar condicionado, luzes, ventilador e aparelhos eletronicos ao sair do quarto e/ou apartamento.

- Feche as janelas quando você sair do quarto, da sala de estar, varanda e do apartamento; o tempo pode mudar de repente e o vento traz chuva para dentro.

- Na área externa, nos jardins do edifício tem um grande chuveiro para ser usado depois de voltar da praia e tirar a areia do corpo antes de subir para o apartamento pelo elevador de serviço..

- O lixo deve ser esvaziado nos baldes de lixo grandes que ficam por trás da porta de ferro/porta corta fogo em frente ao elevador de serviço, que são recolhidos diariamente evitando atrair insetos.

INFORMAÇÃO.

- Os hóspedes são responsáveis pelas chaves do apartamento e não deve ser entregue a estranhos.

- A água mineral fica na cozinha e é em galão. Caso precise repor, ligar para o número que está acima ao interfone da mesa da cozinha e quando receber pagar ao portador (ele faz a colocação da água na base do filtro - Limpar o galão da água com alcool 70%)

- Perder as chaves do apartamento terá um custo adicional de R$: 150,00 para ser mudadas as fechaduras.
