Solaris Beach House is a double-level luxury beachfront villa located on the beach between Holetown and the famous Mullins Beach. The villa is designed around outdoor living and has alfresco dining and living with a large private deck area. The deck has loungers, a cabana, a private bar, a games area with table tennis, and direct private access to the beach. International designer Celia Sawyer designed this modern eco-friendly villa.
Inside the villa are five en-suite double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have direct sea views and a private balcony area.
Bedroom 1 has magnificent views over the sea. It has a super king bed, a large balcony area, a dressing room, a separate WC and a large modern bathroom with a shower bath and twin vanity units.
Bedroom 2, like bedroom 1, has superb sea views. It has a super king bed, a large balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, a large modern bathroom with twin vanity units, a large shower, and a WC.
Bedroom 3 is to the rear of the upper level and consists of a super king bed, a large cupboard with hanging and storage. There is a large bathroom with bath, shower and twin sinks.
Bedroom 4 is to the rear of the lower level and has a super king bed and a large cupboard with hanging and storage. There is a large modern bathroom with bath, shower and twin sinks.
Bedroom 5 is on the lower level to the rear of the house and has a super king bed. The modern bathroom consists of a shower, vanity unit and WC. There is hanging and storage space with a chest of draws.
Media Room. On the lower level to the front of the house is the interior living/media room. Designed for working or playing with a large screen, apple, and WD Live. There are also board games and a very comfortable sofa bed should it ever be needed. There is also a desk with a direct internet connection for those who need to work. The room benefits from the superb deck and sea views, so you need not miss looking at the sea even when working.
Gym / Fitness room located on the lower level; the gym offers a fitness bike, a treadmill, a selection of free weights, a bench, exercise mats, an exercise ball and a selection of fitness accessories.
Kitchen: Is very large and fully equipped with a reverse osmosis water supply, microwave, double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, wine chiller, 240V toaster and Kettle, coffee percolator, and rice steamer.

Please note that the Tub and pool are not heated but stay warm—the Tub, in particular, as it is most of the day in full sunlight.

There is a clothes dryer in the utility room. The in-house team generally carry out all washing and drying.
The fitness room comprises a fitness bike- pre-programmable levels or manual (Kettler). A treadmill. pre-programable or manual (Kettler Arena). Free weights, bench, mats, fitness ball.
All linens are 100% Egyptian cotton unless otherwise requested.
Cotton towels are provided for both the bathrooms and the deck area.
A washing machine is located in the utility area. The in-house team generally carry out all washing and drying.
Accessibility
The lower part of the house has two bedrooms that are easily accessible to the rest of the house and the deck area. A small ramp from the driveway to the access path will be required, and a second small ramp will be required at the house's entrance. Please make us aware should you need these amenities before arrival.
