The farm is located on Reggello's hills, 500 meters above sea level.30 km to Florence and 64 to Siena.The farm is totally restored but at the same time it preserves its rural features: wooden floors, marble sink,kitchen in stonework, stony fireplace.The farm is surrounded with a beautiful big garden with many plants and flowers to admire with Exclusive swimmingpool mt.10x5There are also an olive-grove and a wonderful wood where to take walks or hikes.The apartament we rent has got an indipendent access of the farm.On the floor above there are 3 double bedrooms ( 6 beds) and a big kitchen in stonework with a stony fireplace.On the floor below there is a living-room and a bathroom with shower.On the outside it is possible to make use of the beautiful big garden with swimmingpool, the portico and the barbecue to relax and have dinner under the stars.The apartament is also equipped with every comfort: central heating, tv, fridge,wifi.It is possible also to buy our own products:honey, olive-oil, herbs, vegetables, jams.

The car is essential, recommended regular machines, no campers, trailers, vans with more than 9 seats.

The machine is indispensable, recommended normal machines or 4x4, no camper, trailers, vans with more than 9 places.
The swimming pool is open from 1 April to 30 October, pool is not fenced so children under 12 must be accompanied or accessed only with consent and under parental responsibility. The house dates back to the middle of 1800, respect for vintage things is essential. Pets are not allowed.

Why can't I call Aldo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aldo (the owner) a message.

If Aldo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
