Stunning Willerby Winchester Outlook Special, located in a quiet cul-de-sac at Reighton Sands, with beautiful sea views towards Filey and its stunning coastline and with a large sea facing veranda with patio table and chairs. Private parking next to caravan. Double glazing, central heating and WiFi. The lounge is a self contained room incorporating a modern leather suite, a feature fireplace, a contemporary display cabinet, 40 inch LED, blu-ray player and full Sky tv package. It benefits from an abundance of windows and french doors with sea views that allow natural light to flow throughout the entire holiday home.The modern fitted kitchen /diner, includes a full size fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring their own pods), kettle and toaster.The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and includes a double wardrobe, dresser, wall mounted TV and luxury en-suite WC. The twin bedroom includes a fitted wardrobe and wall mounted LED TV/DVD player. In the bathroom there is a bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin.

No smoking and no pets (please note the owners do have dogs who occasionally stay in the caravan). Duvets and pillows are provided, guests should bring their own bed linen and towels as these are not provided. Passes for the site facilities are not included, guests can purchase these from the site.

Our caravan is situated within 10 minutes walking distance of the beach and 5 minutes from fabulous cliff top walks. It is 5 minutes walking distance to the main complex which houses a shop, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 9 hole golf course, new outdoor secured park area and places to eat and drink, including the newly refurbished Hawkwood Bar.

There's a lovely short walk to the beach at Reighton or alternatively to Bempton Cliffs, with beautiful sea views towards Filey and its stunning coastline. Nearby there is Filey (4 miles), Scarborough (6 miles), Bridlington (8 miles) and the Dalby Forest and North York Moors, approximately 25 minutes drive.

Why can't I call Glynn (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Glynn (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Glynn (the owner) a message.

If Glynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
