SPACIOUS stone HOUSE, with more than 400 m2, and 18 * 20 seats. The house has been completely rehabilitated in January 2016 completely new work, which consists of 7 rooms, and 6 bathrooms, with furniture, equipment and decoration completely tailored. Totally independent and private house, on own plot, and exclusive use for a group Holiday rental house with capacity from 14 to 20 seats. In the town of LA LOMBA, in the municipality of CAMPOO DE SUSO, in the heart of Del Valle de Campoo. It is 13 km from Reinosa, and 12 km from the ski resort of Alto Campoo. "COMPLETE HOUSE", 18 seats. We have the possibility, for full rental of the house with capacity for 18 people, of 18 seats (consisting of 5 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 large living room-kitchen) garden with own barbecue and garden table, and independent entrance. As for bed distribution: H1 (double): 1 bed 150 cm - Private Bathroom H2 (double): 2 beds 90 cm - Private Bathroom H3 (double): 1 bed 150 cm - Private Bathroom H4 (double): 2 beds of 90 cm - Private Bathroom H5 (quadruple): Room in the Attic, 1 sofa bed 160cm and double sofa bed 160 cm - Private Bathroom. H6 (double): 1 bed 150 cm + bunk bed with 2 beds of 90cm - Shared Bathroom with H7. H7 (double): 2 beds of 90 cm - Shared Bathroom with H6. It can also be rented as 2 fully independent apartments. One of 12 seats, and another of 6 seats.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
