Aceso Villa consists of two autonomous two-storey structures, covering 260m2 in total and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms and up to 13 if needed. The Villa is located just outside the picturesque village of Margarites, which is famous for its pottery tradition, in a beautiful natural environment and peaceful atmosphere, with natural views and surrounding mountains.
Aceso Villa is a relaxing retreat, furnished in minimal style and providing all the necessary modern amenities for a self catered, restful holiday, as well as a rich outdoor area including two infinity pools, many outdoor seating and lounging options as well as a fully equipped barbecue area.
First Building
Ground Floor
Entering the first building, you will find yourselves in a spacious open-plan living area consisting of the living room and the kitchen. The living room features a large sofa, a 55” HDTV with Netflix, Playstation 3 and a bluetooth speaker. The living room’s balcony doors open onto the pool area offering mountain and nature views. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen which provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. The indoor dining area in the kitchen features a height dining table with high bar style stool chairs. The kitchen offers direct access to the pool, barbecue and outdoor dining areas. Additionally, on this level, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a 32” HDTV, closet and a balcony with direct access to the pool area. Finally, the ground floor offers a bathroom with a shower, which also contains the washer and dryer.
First Floor
Reaching the first floor through the staircase, guests will find two more bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) which offers a 32” HDTV, AC and two private balconies with nature views, as well as a hydromassage bathtub and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom of the first floor offers a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), AC, a closet, 32” HDTV and a shower in the bedroom. Additionally it offers an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool area with nature and mountain views.
Second Building
Ground Floor
Upon entering the second building, you'll step into a generously proportioned open-plan living area comprising the living room and kitchen. The living room features an oversized sofa and a 65” Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Playstation 5 for entertainment. Its balcony doors seamlessly connect to the pool area, providing mesmerizing views of the mountains and surrounding nature. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for a self-catered vacation, complete with an island featuring seating for four. The indoor dining space, next to the kitchen, comfortably accommodates 8 guests around its expansive table. Directly accessible from the kitchen is a secondary outdoor dining area and the inviting pool. Finally, a convenient bathroom with a shower, also housing the washer and dryer, ensures added comfort and convenience for guests.
First Floor
Ascending to the first floor, guests will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), accompanied by a 32” HDTV, air conditioning, and a private balcony overlooking nature's splendor, and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom also features a cozy King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), along with a/c, a spacious closet, and a 32” HDTV. Additionally, this bedroom offers a spacious en-suite bathroom.
Outdoor Area
However, the most impressive area of Villa Aceso, is without doubt its outdoor spaces, that offers an array of facilities which include:
- Two 45 sq. m private infinity swimming pools (with 1,50 depth each). One of the two pools can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge and it requires at least one week's advance notice).
- A Hot tub with seating for 5 under pergola
- Fully equipped barbecue facilities with a charcoal grill, wood oven and sink under a shaded pergola
- Two outdoor dining tables under the shade of the pergola
- One dining table with benches
- A variety of furnished spots including 6 sun beds with 3 umbrellas, two double gazebo daybed, and outdoor sofas.
- A ping pong table is at your disposal.
