The luxurious villa is located in middle of the island in the tranquil village Achlades 24 km East of Rethymno and 4 km away from the nearest beach of Panormos. Ideally situated to explore all Crete.

Constructed of stone under ceramic roof-tiles and surrounded by age-old olive trees,Villa Ahlades combines the traditional architecture with modern elements,creating the perfect environment for a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

This newly completed and luxuriously appointed villa which can comfortably sleep up to nine people,affords a spacious living room with open fireplace,a fully equipped fitted kitchen and comfortable dining and seating area designed in an open plan style.

Leading off you'll find a spacious double bedroom and a twin bedded room with stunning views of the pool and gardens, as well as a modern fitted bathroom with shower.Upstairs there's a second twin-bedded room ,another good sized double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom complete with Jacuzzi buthtub.A further single-bedded room is located one floor higher in a beautifully converted attic room.

Outside,the furnished veranda lends itself perfectly to alfresco dining,presenting a wonderful viewof your own private gardens and swimming pool.The outdoor dining experience is further complimented by an impressive stone-built bar.

- Exclusive amenities including air-conditioning unit in each room, satellite TV, wireless internet, DVD player, two safety deposit boxes and a washing machine are provided.

- The kitchen is fully-equipped with electric kitchen, microwave, big refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all cooking utensils. Linen, towels,pool towels and cleaning every 3 days (twice per week) are included in the prices.

    If Irini (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
