“Sea Breeze Villa” in Rethymno is the best hideaway in Crete, perfectly located; it is in the heart of the town. It is a tranquil heaven surrounded by green and blue colors, from just one step from the living room. The spacious villa is an ideal accommodation for families with children also, or for a company with friends. Enjoy an outdoor lifestyle during your stay at the 1500 sq. garden. The exterior barbeque, built with local stone, allow you to realize a great sea view diner on the terrace, or just start your day with a healthy breakfast at the garden.

“Sea Breeze Villa” will give you the absolute feeling of freedom.

A local Cretan holiday home offering stunning sea views from inside and outside, located on a hill in the immediate vicinity of Rethymno city center (3 km) and the sandy beach (900 m). The villa is a ground floor unit of 130 sq. with easy access to the large garden from all rooms. The vacation rental consists of a spacious living area of 75 sq., 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a real feeling of freedom as from the interior you have immediate access to the garden from the large balcony windows and you will sense the sea breeze. A sunny garden of 1500 sq. allows you to lay back on the sun recliners, rest in a shaded hammock settled under a huge tree, listen to the birds, fully relax in a quiet and private surrounding and enjoy the scenery towards the sea. The entire plot is fenced and you find private car parking spots behind the entrance gate.

- Living space

The living area consists of a really spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. This space is bright and allows a free view to the outside area from the large windows doors. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa and a classic office desk for the guests who need to keep up with some work. A smart TV unit with Greek channels and ASTRA satellite connection for the foreign channels. An air-conditioning unit (cool/heat), an open fire place and wood stove burner will guarantee a pleasant stay during any season. Wireless internet access is provided.

- Kitchen

The holiday house offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with separate freezer, dish washer, micro wave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. Porcelain plates and cutlery as well as the local fresh ingredients do allow you to prepare a tasty meal. At the back side of the house next to the entrance gate you can use the stone build barbeque unit.

- Bedrooms

The 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes, balcony window doors with roll shutters and a full length mirror. The master bedroom with sea view consists of a double bed and an air-condition unit. The second bedroom with sea view offers 2 single beds, the third bedroom with mountain view offers a double bed and fans.

- Bathrooms

The vacation unit offers a spacious bathroom with bath, toilet, basin & washing machine. Also a second bathroom with shower, toilet and basin will facilitate your comfort.

- Laundry facilities

Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack.

NOTES

* Beds made with sheets and blankets. Also kitchen and bath towels are provided. With a stay of more than 7 nights, extra sheets / towels are provided depending on the length of your stay. Set of 2 medium and 2 large bath towels per person.

* Air condition: when you use this amenity, all doors and windows have to be closed. Mandatory to close the air condition when you leave the villa.

How do damage deposits work?
