Villa Sarris, is a beautifully countryside Villa of 250 m2, divided in two floors. The Villa can accommodate up to 15 guests, in its five comfortable and lovely bedrooms and five bathrooms and it’s conveniently located within walking distance from the house, there is a traditional tavern, a cafe and also a mini market. Additionally, in Villa Sarris guests have the opportunity and the possibility of enjoying homemade food, cooked by the owners and delivered daily at the villa at reasonable prices! Please ask us for further information and details! Furthermore, the nearest beach can be found in Panormo village, while banks, post office, small shops, super market and a variety of restaurants can be found 10 Kms away, in Perama town.

Outdoors, there is a private swimming pool of 35 m2 and 1.20m deep surrounded by high trees and a stone wall, which secure privacy and quiet. There is a large wooden table with wooden chairs and BBQ facilities, creating a perfect private setting for relaxation and al fresco dining and lounging. Also, there is a wonderful old well which now has a decorative role! Wood, stone and trees are the three elements that prevail in the Villa’s careful decoration, which give an earthy feeling and pleasantly predispose the quests!

On the ground floor of Villa Sarris, there is a quite spacious, traditionally furnished sitting area with a fireplace, giving a homely atmosphere! The living room is sunny and airy all day long and leads directly to the private terrace and pool. Also, there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a large refectory. Additionally, a WC is available next to the sitting area. Furthermore, on this floor there are two bedrooms, one of which features a double bed, while the other one offers 3 single beds. Finally, family bathroom with bathtub is available on the ground floor.

Wooden stairs lead to the second floor where there 3 bedrooms of Villa Sarris are located. The first bedroom boasts one double bed and a single one, an open fire place and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with three single beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Last but not least, the third bedroom has one double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
