Sinatsakis Villas is a charming holiday complex comprising three separate and autonomous villas, each one with its own private swimming pool: Villa Anna, Villa Maria, and Villa Ioanna, located side by side. Settled in Pigi village, close to Rethymno, the Villas are only 2 km away from its long sandy beach and just 500 metres away from the village centre, where you can find several shops, such as a bakery, tavernas, pharmacy, mini market and butcher. The location combines the peacefulness of the nature with easy access to the lively areas such as Adelianos Kampos, Pigianos Kampos, Platanias and Rethymno old town, making Sinatsakis Villas a perfect holiday destination for couples or families with young children.

Villa Maria is a two-storey, one bedroom Villa, covering 75 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests if it is necessary. The Villa is furnished in a minimal and romantic style with all the modern amenities.

Indoor Layout

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area which consists of the siting area featuring a 50” HDTV, as well as an office, and offers access to a balcony, also leading to the garden. The comfortable double sofa can accommodate the 2 additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and indoor dining table, provides all essentials for a self catered holiday. As you pass through the hallway, you will find the double bedroom of the villa, as well as the bathroom, offering a bathtub and a washing machine.

Outdoor Area

Outdoors there is an organised fenced area with relaxing environment surrounded by trees and flowers. More specifically the outdoor facilities of Villa Maria include:

-30 sq.m. private swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas

-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with and an outdoor sink

-Outdoor dining area for al fresco dining

-Lawn covered area for the kids to play, next to the pool
