From the owner

Villa Kyria is a brand new holiday villa on Crete in the picturesque village of Kyrianna. The villa has breathtaking sea and mountain views and is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The luxury bungalow villa has an area of ​​over 150 m2, with a private pool of 40 m2. In the middle of the villa is the living room with open kitchen, with French doors to the spacious terrace. On both sides of the living area there are 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom and a toilet. The villa stands on a large plot of land, 1500 m2. Villa Kyria is owned by a Dutch family from the Arnhem area. The Greek rental company is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will lack nothing and you will be amazed by the Greek hospitality and the wonderful Greek life.

How do damage deposits work?

If Familie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
