From the owner

Beautiful with modern furnished interiors holiday home located in the Old Town of Rethymnon, right next to Fortezza Castle. It is very centrally located in a quiet position and with an amazing wide-open sea view. There are 2 large double-bed rooms (no single beds), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace & a piano and a fully equipped modern kitchen including microwave, espresso/cappuccino and filter coffee maker, including various kid stuff like; plastic glasses, unbreakable plastic dishes, drinkware and tableware. Other kid stuff includes toys and a kids bike for 3-5 year old. There are two balconies in the first floor, one has a sea view and the other has a park view. On the second floor there is a spacious terrace with wonderful sea view, where you can enjoy the sunset. Other amenities include: flat screen TV`s in all rooms, wireless internet, hairdryer and air conditioning.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Yiouli (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
