Villa Christina III is located in the picturesque village of Sfakaki, a beautiful seaside resort. The retreat is part of a holiday complex consisting of 3 independent villas, each with its own private pool. In Villa Christina III guests can enjoy a peaceful holiday, relax and enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long! The wonderful, long, sandy beach and a variety of shops are within hand’s reach, just 300 to 600 meters away! In the village guests can find a mini market, a few restaurants and tavernas and a pizzeria! Furthermore, in a 5 minute drive you can find many beach bars, seaside cafes and restaurants as well as a few night clubs and bars. Sfakaki is ideally located, just 10 minutes away from Rethymno town and it’s a great base if you want to explore the nearby beaches or go sightseeing! However, if you don’t feel like touring, you can sit and rest on the balconies, just gazing at the view or relax by the pool, among roses and lawn covered areas and sunbathe!

Villa Christina III features a great private swimming pool of 32 sq. m. and 1.7 meters deep, a wonderful sunbathing terrace equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and a lovely lawn covered terrace with trees and flowers, as well as barbecue facilities! Above the pool area there is a large veranda with a view to the pool that has a shaded dining area where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or lunch, while watching your children playing in the lawn area right underneath!

Interior

The Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The villa sends out a sense of warmth, which is perceived by the carefully selected, modern and comfortable furniture, the simple and discreet decoration, the meticulous selection of materials (marble floors and wooden furniture) and the nice open plan design. An additional guest can be accommodated on a folding bed.

On the ground floor guests can find a spacious living room with a flat TV and an open fireplace, creating a homely atmosphere and making it the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy some moments of relaxation. Right next to the living room you can find a nice dining area where you can sit and have your homemade cooked meal with your loved ones. There is also a fully equipped and modern eat-in kitchen with a dining table for four. Finally on this level a lovely and spacious twin bedroom and a beautifully designed bathroom with a bathtub where you can have a nice and long bath after a long day, are also available.

First floor

Climbing a few stairs and reaching the upper floor, you will meet the remaining two bedrooms of Villa Christina III, one of which boasts a comfortable double bed, while the other one offers astro single beds. All bedrooms are very airy and bright and have doors leading to private balconies with patio furniture. You can sit there and enjoy the surrounding view as well as the countryside during the day or relax and gaze at the nicely designed and lighted gardens during the night and the clear sky full of stars! Last but not least, one more family bathroom can be found on the first floor.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
